Optimum Engineering CC (OE), is a Namibia-based integrated engineering consulting and contruction company (Engineers and Contractors) established in 2016. It is a closed corporation specializing in feasibility studies; design services in civil/structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical engineering; project costing and pricing; tender documentation; and contract administration. Optimum Engineering also offers project management and supervision for construction projects related to civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering.

The company was founded and is managed by Sacky Shakaalela, a young and dynamic Namibian Civil Engineer with a strong desire and ambition to use his experience to improve the engineering Industry in Namibia. Sacky brings extensive knowledge and experience gained over years of involvement in various aspects of the engineering, general construction industry and the built environment, spanning across Southern Africa. The company has been in operation since January 2016 and is headquartered in Windhoek.
